Belinda Fung.
Partner
Belinda joined Acclime in November 2017 and established the listed company division, she is now the head of compliance of the division.
With 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, Belinda has been the named company secretary of a number of listed companies for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in company secretarial, compliance, corporate governance and corporate finance affairs for Hong Kong listed companies.
Belinda holds a Master of Finance degree from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. She is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).

Charmayne Chan.
Director
Charmayne joined Acclime in September 2018, she is a team head of the corporate services division. Charmayne is responsible for providing professional advice and handling corporate secretarial matters for companies in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.
Charmayne has over 14 years of experience in company secretarial field. Prior to joining Acclime, she has worked in listed companies and law firm. Charmayne has extensive experience in performing full range of company secretarial duties of listed companies (Main and GEM boards) and private companies of major jurisdictions.
Charmayne is a Chartered Governance Professional and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She holds a Master degree in Corporate Governance and Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Saji Mathew.
Partner
Saji joined Acclime as a Partner when his former company Ander Group merged with Acclime in January 2020.
Drawing on decades of industry experience, Saji has been part of numerous corporate restructuring initiatives for a diverse range of clients’ portfolios, as well as provision of on-going administrative and regulatory support for start-up business ventures in Hong Kong. Saji has earned a reputation as a specialist in corporate structuring, administration and regulatory compliance requirements for Hong Kong as well as a variety of offshore jurisdictions.
Saji began his professional career as a management trainee in a prominent South Asian conglomerate. In 1994, Saji joined a respected fiduciary services firm in Hong Kong as a Corporate Services Executive. After 15 years in the fiduciary services industry, he co-founded Ander Group and developed the group to a medium sized organization serving a wide range of client base.
Saji holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Bachelor Degree in Law from the UK. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology. Saji is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Florian Braunsteiner.
Commercial Director, North Asia
Florian is based in Hong Kong and his experience lies in advising international companies wanting to grow their Greater China and APAC business. He leads the business development team. Moreover, Florian is also responsible for Acclime’s North Asia ERP and CRM services, supporting clients to improve their operations management through digitisation.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong and joining Acclime, Florian worked for a consulting firm in Shanghai where he mostly assisted European firms entering the Chinese market. Moreover, he worked several years in Austria in various banking roles. Florian is deeply involved in understanding the intricacies of the current business environment in China, as well as international trade agreements and affairs between Asia and Europe.
Florian received his bachelor’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a master’s degree from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business. He speaks English, German, Chinese, Spanish, and French.

Addison Kwok.
Director, Operations
Addison is based in Hong Kong and is a Director in the Operations team. His role is to manage the team’s internal operation finances, IT and ERP infrastructures in Hong Kong and China.
Addison has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining Acclime, he worked in the multinational company – Fiducia Management Consultants for 15 years. Addison has an extensive experience in performing a wide range of accounting, finance, optimisation, and analysis to support the business growth.
Addison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Hull. He speaks fluently Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Portuguese.

Vanessa Ng.
Director, Finance & Accounting
Vanessa is based in Hong Kong and is a Director in the Finance and Accounting team. Her role is to assist the business development and ensure new clients have a smooth on-boarding process in Hong Kong in terms of accounting and finance. Her experience lies in building a strong client relationship with key accounts and supporting them in their business growth. Moreover, Vanessa also assists the ERP and CRM services team in the digital transformation including the development of a clients Web Portal.
Prior to relocating back to Hong Kong and joining Acclime, Vanessa spent 9 years in the United Kingdom where she trained and worked as an auditor in London for 6 years. Then, she moved to Shanghai for 2 years and worked at RSM Choi Lim as an auditor. Vanessa returned to Hong Kong in 2012 when she joined Fiducia Management Consultants as a Senior Accountant.
Vanessa is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Hertfordshire in the U.K.

Stefan Kracht.
Partner, Group Integration Director
Fiducia merged into Acclime Group in August 2022 and formally transitioned to the Acclime brand in July 2023. Fiducia was founded by Stefan’s parents Cynthia and Juergen in 1982 to carry out critical and necessary commercial operations for clients who source, sell or manufacture in Greater China.
As Group Integration Director, Stefan’s goal is to harness the entrepreneurial energy of the group’s equity partners, combined with the stability of those partners’ teams, across our extensive geographic coverage to provide seamless services to our clients, and growth opportunities to our team.
Prior to joining Acclime, Stefan was MD and owner of Fiducia for 18 years, responsible for service delivery to hundreds of clients and his team of over 100 specialists in five offices. After joining Fiducia in 2005, Stefan transformed the company culture, processes and systems to deliver multiple integrated services in long-term client relationships. Specifically, Stefan and his senior team refined Fiducia’s client strategy and positioning to focus on European owner-operated firms, ranging from USD50m-1b in revenues; integrated Fiducia’s sales and service delivery to ensure seamless client interaction; introduced technology-based delivery using ERP and other systems to enable scalability and transparency; and formalised Fiducia’s deep expertise with complicated and changing local rules and regulations. Many of these clients now looking to expand within Asia, which was a key reason for Fiducia becoming part of Acclime.
Stefan holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and a joint MBA from Kellogg (USA) and the University of Science & Technology (HK). He is a German national, fluent in English and German, and conversational in Mandarin and French. Stefan is an elected board member of the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Vice-Chairman of the Management Consultancies Association of Hong Kong.

Eric Chen.
Managing Partner
Eric is Managing Partner of Acclime Advisory Services and concurrently serves as the Head of Tax Services. Eric has substantial experience in providing tax and business consulting services to international clients, including consultation on investment structure, the establishment of foreign investment enterprises in the PRC, special tax preferential treatment applications, tax ruling requests, and corporate and individual income tax planning.
Eric began his professional journey in 2001 with the Tax and Business Advisory Division of Ernst & Young in their Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. He joined RSM Hong Kong in 2005 and was promoted to a Partner in 2011.
Eric is a Registered Tax Preparer with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. He is also an active speaker on Hong Kong and China tax-related topics, having presented at various platforms such as the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong, and CCH Executive Events. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, USA.

Osman Arab.
Managing Director
Osman is Managing Director of Acclime Advisory Services and Head of Corporate Advisory Services, where he oversees a broad range of areas, including corporate insolvency administration, restructuring, consultancy review, and forensic accounting investigations. He is also responsible for managing litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes.
With over 20 years of accounting and commercial experience, Osman has been involved in numerous turnaround projects across various industries and handled various transactions in Hong Kong and the PRC. Osman is experienced in schemes of arrangement, dispute resolution, and cross-border matters. Osman also acts as an estate administrator.
Osman holds a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and holds several other professional memberships, including CPA Australia and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has also earned a Specialist Designation in Insolvency from the HKICPA. Osman has been a presenter for various HKICPA training courses and serves on the sub-committee for Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty Industry Standards and Best Practices at the HKICPA.

Johnathan Lai.
Managing Director
Johnathan is Managing Director of Acclime Advisory Services. He specialises in forensic accounting and litigation support, with expertise in corporate restructuring, insolvency, financial review, due diligence, and civil and criminal litigation. His experience covers assets tracing, commercial fraud, employee fraud, FCPA, insurance claims, internal audits, shareholder disputes, and assisting distressed companies with restructuring and winding down.
Prior to joining RSM Hong Kong in 2009, he spent four years with a top U.S.-based consultancy firm in Hong Kong, where he specialised in forensic accounting and litigation support.
Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First-class Honors, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from The Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada. He is a member of several professional organisations, including the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the CFA Institute. He is also certified in Financial Forensics and is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty (RIF) at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).

Samuel Chan.
Partner
Samuel specialises in the provision of China and Hong Kong tax and business advisory services, with expertise in tax structuring, inbound/outbound investment, transfer pricing, transaction support, profit repatriation planning and foreign investment enterprise formation. He also provides individual tax services for expatriates working in China and Hong Kong.
Samuel began his tax professional journey with Arthur Andersen in their Hong Kong and China offices. Before joining RSM Hong Kong in 2003, Samuel worked with a Hong Kong-listed telecommunications group, where he was responsible for the group’s business development and strategic planning in the Greater China Region.
Samuel is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK). He is also a CPA Member of CPA Australia. Samuel is an active speaker on tax-related topics and has presented at various platforms, such as the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, CPA Australia, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, among others.

Karen Poon.
Partner
Karen is a trusted advisor in M&A, due diligence, financial advisory and consulting services. With extensive experience in transaction advisory, accounting and consulting, she has profound knowledge in serving a diverse clientele that includes private equity, diversified financial institutions, multinational corporations, listed companies, family offices and high-net-worth investors across pan-Asia with focused markets in Hong Kong, PRC and the US. Karen specialises in formulating strategic deal advice and transactional structures and has led numerous high-profile cross-border and domestic transactions and consulting projects.
Prior to her current capacity, Karen was Managing Director at RSM Hong Kong and Senior Manager in the Strategy and Transactions practice at EY. She has broad experience in both the buy-side and sell-side perspectives, and her clients span multiple sectors, including real estate, technology, media and telecommunication (TMT), financial services, healthcare, energy, consumer products, etc.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the US.

Joanna Lee.
Partner
Joanna is Partner at Acclime Advisory Services and focuses on tax services. Her responsibilities include corporate and individual tax planning and compliance, corporate accounting compliance and advisory, as well as transfer pricing review and documentation preparation.
Joanna joined RSM Hong Kong in August 2004, initially working in the Audit and Assurance Department and later transitioned to the Tax Department in July 2006, where she has since honed her expertise in Hong Kong and China tax, along with business advisory services for multi-national clients.
Joanna is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with First-class Honors, majoring in Accounting.

Caesar Wong.
Managing Director, Tax
Caesar is Managing Director of China Advisory Services at Acclime Advisory Services. Focusing on China and cross-border tax and business projects, his areas of expertise include tax risk mitigation, tax controversy solutions, M&A tax advisory, practical transfer pricing, optimisation of cross-border arrangements, government services and training services for executives, officials and tax practitioners. He also serves as a China tax expert witness for litigation cases at the High Court of Hong Kong.
Caesar has over 30 years of professional tax and business advisory experience and has worked for Andersen, PwC, EY, Deloitte and RSM. He was seconded to Shanghai in 1994 and worked at offices in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macao, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Caesar is the pioneer for Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Free Trade Zone advisory, submits comments on tax bills and policies, and cooperated with Shenzhen Tax Service of State Taxation Administration (STA) to draft the pioneer rules and implementation guidelines for qualified tax advisers from Hong Kong and Macao to practice in the mainland.
Caesar is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Hong Kong, a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a qualified tax practitioner registered in China. His professional appointments include Vice President cum Chairman of the China Taxation Committee of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK), Member of the Global Forum for Taxation and GBA Advisory Board of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Member of the Taxation Academic Research Committee of each of The Chinese Tax Institute and China International Taxation Research Institute affiliated by STA.

Kenny Wong.
Managing Director, Corporate Advisory
Kenny serves as a key advisor in Acclime Advisory Services with a focus on corporate insolvency administrations and corporate recovery. His responsibilities span a wide range of insolvency procedures, including court liquidations, voluntary administrations, receiverships and personal bankruptcy.
With over 20 years of experience, Kenny has specialised in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency procedures. His industry experience is diverse, covering a wide range of sectors. Kenny has also managed numerous cross-border insolvency assignments involving the BVI, the Cayman Islands, and the PRC. He has solid experience in handling distressed assets in the PRC and is experienced in leading liquidation committees of PRC companies.
Kenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting & Finance from The University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also holds a Specialist Designation in Insolvency from the HKICPA and is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty (RIF) at the HKICPA.

Miguel Latorre.
Group Director, Growth and Customer Success
Miguel has over 19 years of rich professional experience, navigating diverse landscapes across Asia, Europe, and Indonesia.
His career began in 2006 when he relocated to Indonesia, serving as an International Trade Advisor at the Spanish Embassy. By 2007, he founded a consultancy focused on Indonesia’s import/export sector. Miguel’s expertise in international expansion shone through in 2010, leading the Southeast Asian outreach for a multinational Spanish food processing company. In 2013, he launched Global Expandia, which was later acquired by Vistra in 2017.
An alumnus of Boston University, Miguel holds a Master’s in Leadership and International Relations. Committed to continuous growth, he further honed his skills through executive programs at Harvard University, including “Leading Professional Service Firms” and “Alternative Investments.” Miguel’s journey is a testament to a wealth of international experience, a commitment to excellence, and ongoing professional development.

Alfred Gan.
Regional Managing Director, North Asia
Alfred Gan is the Regional Managing Director and Head of North Asia at Acclime, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s strategic execution and business growth across key Asia-Pacific markets. With strong strategic acumen and leadership, he oversees the expansion and integration of Acclime’s operations in North Asia.
Alfred leads a professional team of over 300 people across Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Seoul. Beyond day-to-day operational oversight, he focuses on building a collaborative and efficient regional service network that delivers seamless, world-class support to clients around the globe.
Before joining Acclime, Alfred led the Greater China business of a leading US-based market research company. During his tenure, he scaled the core team from 10 to more than 250 professionals while achieving exponential growth in both revenue and industry reputation.
Alfred holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School in France. With more than 15 years of experience in the B2B professional services sector across China and Europe, his expertise spans growth strategy and market expansion, M&A and post-investment value creation, and operational excellence.

Ivy Chow.
Executive Director, Corporate Services
Ms. Ivy Chow has over 25 years of professional experience in corporate governance and company secretarial practice. She is currently the Executive Director, Corporate Services of Acclime Hong Kong.
Throughout her career, she has acted as company secretary for companies and provided services to companies incorporated in Australia, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Luxembourg and the PRC, with listings on both the Main Board and GEM of HKEX. Her client portfolio spans a wide range of sectors and includes financial services, medical, media and education, real estate, consumer products and industrial manufacturing, retail and logistics, as well as government and non-profit organisations.
Ivy is a Council Member of both Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and Corporate Secretaries International Association Limited. She is a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute, a Fellow of HKCGI with Practitioner’s Endorsement (HKFCG(PE)), and a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (FHKSI). She is also a member of the Departmental Advisory Committee of City University of Hong Kong.
