Introduction

Migros Hong Kong Limited sought a professional corporate services partner to develop and provide an ERP system that would enable it to operate all of its centres through a common language.

The challenge

Migros headquartered its Asia operations in Hong Kong but quickly established subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Shanghai. The company needed a finance and accounting system that would help them maintain controls and governance across all centres in Asia. Migros required a custom-built ERP system that would provide the link.

Our solution

Acclime was able to cover Migros’ entire business model with our local experts. We developed an ERP system to provide Migros with a common language across all the subsidiaries. Acclime provided support developing the financial and accounting systems so that all centres were integrated.

The result

Acclime has supported Migros since 2016 with financial and accounting support. The ERP system we built and implemented for Migros has enabled a much more consistent consolidation of the company’s accounts across all Asian markets.
